If your product does not meet your expectations and you believe it is faulty, please contact us directly via email at email@example.com within 7 days of purchase.
Include details such as place of purchase, a detailed description of the problem with our product and pictures. If your parcel has been damaged during transit. also include pictures of the inside and outside of the parcel.
A replacement will be sent out to you at our discretion. We do not offer a refund or replacement for change of mind or wrongly purchased items.
Your order will be picked and carefully packed as soon as we receive it, ready to be sent out between Tuesdays – Fridays. Please provide a street address only, as couriers are unable to deliver to a PO Box. Delivery takes 2 – 5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a email letting you know your item is in transit.
Local pickup is available from Cobbitty 2570, late afternoons to early evenings on week days. Limited weekend pickup available on request.
