Description

Our signature medium matt white jar candle is perfect for any room of your home or makes the perfect gift. Comes packaged in a natural coloured box. It has a 40 hour burn time featuring a wood wick that sounds like a camp fire in the background. There are many benefits of using a wood wick including they are clean burning, organic, non toxic and eco-friendly.

Our candles are poured in small batches using 100% coconut soy wax and natural wood wicks. Coconut soy wax burns clean, not containing any toxins or pollutants. Our choice of candle safe fragrance oils are produced here in Australia by top perfumers and contain no hidden nasties. Soy wax is easily cleaned up with warm soapy water and is safe along with our fragrances if comes in contact with your skin.

Our glass jars can be re-used around the home, for flower vases, pens, spoons etc. Remove any remaining wax, wipe out with some absorbent towel, wash in hot soapy water and dry. If you are unable to re-use, place the clean jar in the recycling bin.

Trim your wick with a wick trimmer between burns to 3mm, ensure the excess burnt wood has been removed. When relighting make sure to hold the flame on all the way along the wick for 30 seconds making sure it all ignites. It’s best to use a long handed lighter to do this. Tilt slightly whist lighting. This will allow any wax to gently run to the side of the jar, clearing any build up of wax surrounding the wick.

Burn your candle for no longer then 4 hours at a time, always burning to the edges. Always adhere to our warning label found on the base of each of our candles and read our included candle care tips before burning. Store your candles in a cool dry place.

If your product does not meet your expectations and you believe it is faulty; please contact us directly via email at hello@mrsnargar.co within 7 days of purchase. Include details such as place of purchase, a detailed description of the problem with our product and pictures.
If your parcel has been damaged during transit also include pictures of the inside and outside of the parcel. A replacement will be sent out to you at our discretion. We do not offer a refund or replacement for change of mind.
Your order will be picked and carefully packed as soon as we receive it, ready to be sent out between Mondays – Saturdays via Australia Post. Standard delivery takes 3 – 5 business days depending on your location. You will receive an email letting you know your item is in transit, along with your Australia Post Tracking number.
